Ubuntu Installation on a VM : Ubuntu wants to format partitions, should you write the changes to disks?

If like me, you had accidentally deleted the main partition in your Ubuntu virtual machine and then tried to create a new one after you completely erased the old, you will most likely get the message below during the installation :

Read: How to fix : Unable to install GParted on Ubuntu

This is going to ask you if you would like to write changes disks ?

Since this installation will take place on the virtual disk , you can be assured that this will not endanger your host machine.
